Vacancy Announcement for Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth across our Level 3–7 Diplomas, Bachelor Top Ups, Master’s, and PhD programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for student recruitment across all academic levels

• Build, manage, and support a strong network of education agents

• Drive center development and institutional partnerships

• Identify new markets, outreach channels, and growth opportunities

• Achieve enrolment targets through innovative marketing and relationship building

• Represent the institution at events, seminars, and digital platforms

Ideal Candidate must have

• Strong background in education sales, business development, or international recruitment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

Salary & Remuneration: AED4000 + Commission

Working day/hours: 6 days a week, 8 hours per day
