Academic History & Admissions Data

Official transcripts, graduation diplomas, letters of recommendation, CVs/resumes, statements of purpose, standardized test scores (GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL), and research proposals.

Financial Information

Payment card industry (PCI) data, bank routing numbers for wire transfers, billing addresses, financial aid applications, and corporate/governmental sponsorship documentation.

Biometric & High-Security Proctoring Data

During remote examinations, we collect facial geometry data, iris/eye-movement tracking metrics, continuous audio-visual recordings of your workspace, keystroke dynamics, and real-time screen-capture feeds.

Digital & Network Analytics

IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, hardware identifiers, geographic location data, log-in timestamps, clickstream data, and time spent on specific learning units within our LMS.

2. Why We Process It

Every use of your personal data rests on one of the following four legal grounds.

Performance of a Contract

Processing strictly necessary to fulfil our educational obligations to you — executing admissions, delivering lectures, grading assignments, and conferring degrees.

Optimizing LMS architecture, deploying internal software upgrades, and diagnosing technical bugs.

Conduct & Ethics

Investigating alleged violations of our Terms and Conditions, Honor Code, or Research Ethics policies.

4. Who Sees It

5. How Long We Keep It

Biometric & Proctoring Data Retention Schedule

We enforce a strict minimization protocol for highly sensitive proctoring metadata.

Routine Flagging Check

Audio-visual exam files are run through an automated threat-detection algorithm.

Standard Purge Window

If an examination is completed with no automated or human proctor flags for academic dishonesty, all associated video, audio, and screen-recording assets are permanently deleted from our live databases within thirty (30) days of the course grade finalization.

Investigative Hold

If a flag is triggered, the data is locked and retained for a maximum of one (1) calendar year, or until the formal academic appeals tribunal has reached a final, legally binding resolution.

6. Your Global Privacy Rights

Compel the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal records.
